Charles Sobhraj (78 years old) is an aged French citizen that arrived in France simply after serving one life sentence for murder in Nepal. Due to his role in a number of deaths of travelers from Canada and US in the 70s, the serial assassin has been imprisoned in Nepal since 2003. Sobhraj arrived in Paris on the weekend, via Qatar on a plane from Nepal. The Associated Press was knowledgeable that he had arrived in Paris by Isabelle Coutant-Peyre (his French lawyer).
